     Tonya started at Clear Title Group in October 2013 as a Licensed Title Agent and Settlement Officer.  She came to Clear Title Group with 8 years of title and marketing experience along with another 8 years in the foreclosure field.  Tonya handles the title and escrow processes from beginning to end.  She orders title, exam title work, clears any title issues, types up binders and policies, and sets up the settlement dates/times/places.  As the Settlement Officer, she handles the loan documents and explains them to all parties involved which are the buyers and sellers.  Her promise is to make your settlement process run as smoothly as possible.  Her office is located in Pikesville on 106 Old Court Road, Suite 104, Baltimore, MD 21208
